The story of Alvin area post offices still in operation are shown on the Left side of the graphic and exhibit case. The March 1881 application for a post office in Alvin, Texas with Alvin Morgan as Post Master is shown on the right side of the case. You will also notice old post cards postmarked from area post offices, one of which no longer exists.
